नागरी वस्ती मध्ये अपुऱ्या सुविधा मध्ये पुणेमहानगर पालिका आणि राजकीय लोकांच्या सहमतीने, जाणूनबुजून लोकांना त्रास देण्यासाठी आणि स्वतःच्या फायद्यासाठी उभा केलेल्या RMC प्लांट चा निषेध!!

पुणे महानगरपालिका म्हणजे आंधळी, बहिरी आणि असंवेदनशील अशी वाटत होती पण आज आम्ही ठाम आहोत की स्वार्थासाठी हे कोणत्याही थराला जाऊ शकतात!!

Today Following Staffs have attended meeting at Concord Portia and then area Visit.

1. Mrs Ashwini – Road JEngg
2. Mrs Asmita – Drainage Line JEngg
3.Mr Jawale – Street light
4. Mr Nitin – health department

Following Conclusions, Actions will be take.
Immediately following work will be carried out.

1. Leveling of interal Roads near Concord Portia, Astonia, Sapphire park, Sai Canary, Aster Hermitage Society will be carried out. As of now Murum will be used.

2. All small bushes, Grass by both sides of roads will be cut and cleaned.

3. All faulty street lights will be replaced and additional 25 Poles will be ordered for approach roads near above mentioned societies.

4. Issue notices to all those who dumps garbage on common places.

Land Acquisition and Rebudgeting (if required)
Mrs Ashwini will request for land Acquisition to central building team officially from Aundh ward office.
We will get one copy of this letter. UBR team will have meeting with Land acquisition department and Local Corporators to progress on this. Will communicate time and venue for this meeting.

ROAD Construction
Yesterday min 15 members from our are has attended Mohalla Committee Meeting at PMC aundh ward office.

We have decided to Focus on Road construction in area , major roads and Internal Roads as well.
With Roads – Drainage Line, Water Line Strom water Line and Street Lights will come alone with road construction. Like RMC plant Removal One thing at a time for entire area.
Imp decision about roads.
Tomorrow at 11 am , Road Engineer, Drainage engineer and Street light Engg will come to Concord Portia Society club house. Then we will walk on roads alone with Residents.

Please join meeting with your society Building approval Plans. Blue plan which builder has submitted to society while handover.
With multiple discuss on different forum we have found that land acquisition is major hurdle in area for road construction. We have planned to go step by step to solve this problem

Also we have requested Mr Amol Balwadkar to attend meeting. It will help us to solve issues on spot.

Most of points we have raised are either in progress or planning.
Roads in area are already under construction, focus will be finishing them on priority. Leveling roads will be done next week.

We have mutually agreed and confirmed that monthly meeting with PMC staff, Corporators and Residents are required to bring everyone on same page.

Date of monthly Meeting is almost confirmed. I will talk with Mr Sandip Kadam , Asst Commissioner and Share here.
Will tall to Remaining 2 Corporators Mr Baburao Chandere and Mrs Swapnali tai Saikar. If required we will visit them too.

Consider this is my personal request to you all for Living better life in Balewadi – so called Future SmartCity.

As Citizen I have fair expectation of basic civic services like Water, Drainage line, Street lights, Good condition roads but PMC has always disappointed and continued since last 10+ years.
Initially started with application letters, telephone calls, mobile calls, Raising Grievances on PMC portal, now Android application , whatsapp Messages etc. Communication media has changed drastically every year but PMC is still Numb.

Eventually told myself that there is no point in follow-up PMC authority and Political leaders. Nothing is going to change.

But since last 2 years situation has been disastrous. PMC has allowed 4 RMC Plants near to residential area in survey no 38/39. Around 10,000 people are suffering due to this Plants there is lots of Dust, noise, Traffic jams because of heavy vehicles on narrow roads, Mud on entire road (starting from Sai chowk to Concord Portia society), slippery potholed road. No one can walk on road, small ponds, Drainage water/sledge lying on roads.

Is PMC authority considering Residents as Only source of Property tax?
Is PMC authority considering residents as puppets, taking granted for everything?

I am sure you all are also having same experience and feeling helpless. So Let’s Unite and Fight against Such Hopeless and Shameless PMC authority.

With permission from police we will do mass gathering in front of Golden Trellis Society at 930am, Saturday 28th Sept.

Lets wear Black TShirt/Shirt to protest Against RMC plant.
Lock Your Flat and Society Gate and gather in huge number.

It will be followed by Hunger strike on Sat, 5th Oct 2019 if Plant don’t get shutdown.

I am requesting everyone to make this as huge Protest against RMC plant. Stand for Change with 1000 Residents.

Kshirsagar sir has explained about past incidents, also mentioned about activities Police has been taking to control on crime and more.

He has listened for our requests which we have point and he assured following action for our area.
1. Increase in patrolling for area.
2. Assured to visit each society gates and also sign visitor’s registers occasionally.
3. Keep informing us about situation, instructions, occasionally.
4. Available to meet anytime at chowki for all residents.

*He has suggested following measures for each society*

1. Install common Hooters and provide points in club house, security cabine etc – will have multiple use in case if emergency.
2. Close gates from inside from 12 am to 5 am, enquiry to be done by security properly for visitors.
3. Use good quality flat door locks e.g. latches.
4. Awareness in side society.
5. Reports incidents – small or big.
